- Jordan holds a Master’s in Exercise Science and has coached everyone from elite athletes to local women at every stage of life. She specialises in helping women train smarter through their cycles and menopause.
- Jodie is a qualified Nutritionist, PT, and wellbeing coach who helps women fuel their bodies with balanced nutrition, stay consistent, and feel good from the inside out.
